What is sound therapy?

Sound therapy is an ancient practice that uses the vibration of singing bowls to induce a state of relaxation, harmonizing body, mind and spirit. It restores the body’s energetic balance.

Through the vibration of the bowls, patterns of electrical activity are produced in the brain that become a therapeutic language. The vibration of the instruments draws in the body’s original harmonic frequency, bringing it into attunement through the principle of resonance.
